Calvert Café at Regency Lakeview
Situated in an airy, light-filled lobby which offers an inspiring view of Symphony Lake, the Calvert coffee kiosk at Regency Lakeview is a treasure within a treasure. When the symphony is in full swing at nearby Koka Booth Ampitheatre, you can stand on the broad deck adjoining the Regency lobby and catch the soft strains of Mozart or Bach.
Our café is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, and serves breakfast and lunch as well as an array of coffee and espresso drinks. And of course, we keep a case filled with pastries, muffins, and other mouthwatering treats. Our menu items are all fresh and locally made, and your options will change and grow as we bring in new and different sandwiches and treats for you to sample.

ESPRESSO
Hot water forced through packed, finely-ground coffee – less caffeinated than drip-coffee, but much stronger-tasting.
LATTE
Italian for “milk” – one-third espresso and two-thirds milk, topped with a dash of foam.
MOCHA
A latte mixed with chocolate, and often topped with whipped cream.
CAPPUCCINO
One-third espresso, one-third milk, and one-third foam – “dry” cappuccinos are made with more foam than milk, and “wet” cappuccinos are made with more milk than foam.
CAFÉ AU LAIT
French for “coffee on milk” – traditional coffee with steamed milk.
CAFÉ AMERICANO
Espresso and hot water.
DRIP COFFEE
Organic, fair trade coffee served hot and fresh.
MACCHIATO
Italian for “stained” – espresso shot with a dash of foam.
ESPRESSO CON PANNA
Italian for “espresso with cream” – espresso shot topped with whipped cream.
RED EYE
Traditional coffee with a shot of espresso; the “Black Eye” is made with two shots.
FRAPPÉS
Espresso, milk, powdered mix, and a flavor blended with ice and topped with whipped cream; available in latte and mocha flavors.

SUMATRA MANDHELING
Sumatra Mandheling is an earthy, full-bodied single-origin coffee with low acidity. This coffee is produced in the west coast coffee district of Sumatra, one of the main islands that make up Indonesia. It is among the world’s most distinctive coffees, with very good balance and complex flavor. Organic and certified Fair Trade™ by TransFair.
GUATEMALA
Guatemala is a shade-grown coffee with a bright acidity and a medium body. It is a light roast with higher caffeine. This coffee’s organic, eco-friendly heritage and smooth, nutty tone makes it one of our most popular coffees.
MASTER’S BLEND DECAF
Master’s Blend Decaf is a custom combination of the finest South American, African and Indonesian coffees. Excellent flavor; one of our most requested coffee blends.
FLAVORED COFFEES
Flavored coffees can be a delight to experiment with—we always keep one on hand in our café. Our current favorites are the creamy, nutty Fireside and warm, soothing Hazelnut. Be watching for new flavors year-round, particularly during different holidays.
